OhaPrints Shipping Policy
Shipping destination: OhaPrints currently ships to addresses in the United States only. International checkout is temporarily unavailable while we prepare reliable shipping options for additional countries.
Carriers: Orders may be shipped using USPS, UPS, FedEx, or partner delivery services with final-mile delivery. The carrier is selected according to order and destination.
PO Boxes: We accept valid US PO Box addresses. Delivery partners may hand parcels to USPS for final delivery.
US Standard Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated using the order subtotal at checkout. The rates currently shown for standard US shipping are:

For orders with multiple products, the checkout shipping calculation is based on the combined eligible order subtotal. Any applicable taxes are calculated separately.
Production & Estimated Delivery
Every OhaPrints item is made to order. Production time is measured in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding applicable holidays). Total delivery estimates below are measured in calendar days from the order date and include production and shipping, including normal weekends.

These delivery ranges are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Remote locations, unusually high order volumes, carrier disruptions, severe weather, or holidays can extend the delivery timeframe. If an order contains multiple product types, items may ship separately and arrive on different dates.
Tracking & Delivery Updates
After shipment, tracking details will be sent to the email address used for the order where available. Tracking can take time to show the first scan, especially if the parcel is transferred between logistics partners. If your order is past its estimated delivery range or tracking has not updated for an extended period, contact us and we will investigate.
Shipping Address & Support
Please verify the full delivery address, including apartment or PO Box details, at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible; address changes may not be possible after production or shipment. Because our products are custom-made, refunds and replacements are governed by our Refund & Replacement Policy; free returns are not promised for change-of-mind or customer-selected errors.
